About Hamir Ramolia

With an industry background extending 15 years, Hamir Ramolia has served as vice president for AMAC acquisition platform since 2012. A senior member of the team, Hamir Ramolia is responsible for the underwriting and investment process that meets AMAC's investment criteria.

Among his accomplishments, Hamir Ramolia oversaw the acquisition of a five property multi-family portfolio located in the Washington, DC-area. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the the underwriting process, from both the equity and debt side.

Hamir Ramolia previously held managing-director responsibilities with CanAm Enterprises, Inc., and guided relationships with economic agencies affiliated with Philadelphia (PIDC), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Hawaii, and Los Angeles. His efforts were centered on sourcing projects that took advantage of the federally sponsored EB-5 Visa program. An avid traveler, Mr. Ramolia has visited India on numerous occasions and has a goal of visiting the eight wonders of the world.
